Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Sausage Fatty

Ingredients 13 strips thinly sliced bacon 1 lb plain or hot ground breakfast sausage 1⁄2 cup shredded pepper jack cheese 1 jalapeño pepper, finely chopped 1⁄2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 8-10 baby spinach leaves Wood hickory, cherry, or pecan Bacon Weave Lay seven strips of the bacon in a horizontal fashion on an 18x18 inch piece of waxed paper. Remove strips two, four, and six.

German Pancakes

Ingredients 5 Tbsp butter 6 eggs 1 cup milk 1 cup flour ½ tsp salt Instructions Heat butter in a 9x13 pan. Beat eggs. Add remaining ingredients. Beat another 2 minutes. Pour into hot, buttered pan. Bake at 450 for 15 minutes.

Granola

Ingredients 8 cups oatmeal, quick or regular 6 cups rolled wheat 2 cups coconut 2 cups sunflower seeds 2 cups wheat germ 1 1⁄2 cups brown sugar Glazing 1 cup water 1 cup vegetable oil 1 tsp vanilla 1⁄2 cup honey Instructions Mix together glazing and warm until honey is melted. Pour over rest. Mix well. Bake 200 degrees for about 1 hour. Stir often.

Monkey Bread

Ingredients 1 jumbo package or 2 small packages of refrigerated biscuits melted butter cinnamon sugar Instructions Cut biscuits int triangles, dip into melted butter and then into cinnamon sugar. Place in bundt pan and cook at 375 for about 25 minutes.

Pull Aparts

Ingredients 18-24 Rhodes rolls ½-1 small pkg cook type butterscotch pudding cinnamon 1 stick margarine 1⁄2 cup-1 cup brown sugar chopped nuts, if desired Instructions Spray bundt pan with cooking spray. Sprinkle chopped nuts on bottom of pan, if desired. Place frozen rolls on top of nuts. Sprinkle pudding on top of rolls, and cinnamon on top of that. Melt together margarine and sugar. Pour over rolls. Let rise all day, or over night (8 hours).

Sticky Buns

Ingredients 24 Rhoades rolls 1 small box cook type butterscotch pudding 1⁄2 cup margarine 1⁄2 cup brown sugar Instructions Roll the frozen rolls in half of the pudding and sprinkle the rest over the top. Melt butter and brown sugar until it makes a syrup. Pour over rolls. Cover with saran and let sit overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Cover with foil last 15 minutes if getting too dark.

Swedish (thin) Pancakes

Ingredients 3 eggs 1 ¼ cup milk ¾ cup flour 1 Tbsp sugar ½ tsp salt Instructions Beat eggs until thick and lemon-colored. Stir in milk. Sift dry ingredients and add to egg mixture. Mix until smooth. Pour into crepe/omelet pan and coat to make a thin pancake. Turn when underside is light brown, or top is “set.” Roll up to serve. Serve with cinnamon sugar and syrup.
