Tortellini Soup
Cheese in noodles in soup.
Ingredients
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 4 cups cubed cooked chicken
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 cups sliced carrots
- 2 cups water
- 1 (7-9 oz) pkg. cheese tortellini
- 1 (9 oz) pkg cut broccoli or 1 bunch fresh
- ½ tsp basil
- ½ tsp oregano
Instructions
Combine everything except broccoli. Simmer until carrots and tortellini are tender. Add broccoli and cook until tender. Serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
