Sushi Stacks

Ingredients
- 3 C rice
- ½ C Yoshida’s Sauce
- 1 ½ Tbsp brown sugar
Toppings
- Cucumber
- Avocado
- Shrimp or crab
- Sriracha mayo
- Crispy onions
Instructions
- Cook about 3 C rice.
- Place 1/3 C rice vinegar, 2 Tbsp sugar, and 2 tsp sesame oil in glass measuring cup and mix. Pour over the cooked rice and stir together.
- Place ½ C Yoshida’s Sauce and 1 ½ Tbsp brown sugar in a medium saucepan and stir well. Allow to simmer, stirring occasionally until it starts to thicken (about 5 minutes).
- Layer rice and toppings as desired.
