Soda Cracker Candy

One of the best Holiday treats.

Ingredients

• oil
• saltine crackers
• 1 C butter
• 1 C brown sugar
• chocolate chips

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line cookie sheet with foil and oil well. Line with whole saltine crackers.
Boil butter and brown sugar for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour sugar mixture over crackers by spoonful. Bake for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with chocolate chips. When melted, spread and sprinkle with chopped nuts, if desired. Cool 20 minutes before cutting.
