Smoked Cheddar Cheese
Homemade smokey cheese.
Ingredients
- 2 blocks of 8 oz cheddar cheese
Wood
- apple, alder, or cherry
Instructions
- Prepare smoker for cold smoking.
- Place cheese on grate and apply light smoke for 4 hours.
- Remove cheese from grate and refrigerate in Ziploc bag for 2 weeks.
