Rootbeer

Summary

Ingredients

• 5 lbs sugar
• 5 gallons water
• 5 lbs dry ice
• 1 bottle rootbeer extract

Instructions

1. Combine sugar and extract in a 5 gallon container. Add 2 gallons cold water and let sit until sugar is dissolved (about 30 minutes).
2. Add 2 gallons water and dry ice and let steep for 45 minutes; stirring every 10 minutes or so. Add chunks of dry ice and last gallon of water if needed.
