Rhubarb Cake

A tasty use for rhubarb.

Ingredients

  • 5 cups cut rhubarb
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 3oz pkg jello ( raspberry or whatever)
  • 3 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 pkg cake mix prepared as pkg directs

Instructions

  1. In a 9 x 13 put chopped rhubarb and sprinkle with sugar and jello . Put on marshmallows and pour prepared cake mix over all.
  2. Bake 350 50-55 min.
