Rhubarb Cake
A tasty use for rhubarb.
Ingredients
- 5 cups cut rhubarb
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 3oz pkg jello ( raspberry or whatever)
- 3 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 pkg cake mix prepared as pkg directs
Instructions
- In a 9 x 13 put chopped rhubarb and sprinkle with sugar and jello . Put on marshmallows and pour prepared cake mix over all.
- Bake 350 50-55 min.
