Refried Beans
Great refried beans for a finished product or the start of something wonderful.
Ingredients
- 16 oz dry pinto beans
- 8 C water
- Garlic powder and salt, to taste
Instructions
- Rinse pinto beans and place in InstantPot with water.
- Add garlic powder and salt.
- Cook on High Pressure for 45 min. Can force release or use natural release.
- Drain liquid from beans, but reserve the liquid.
- Add about ½ C of liquid back in and blend. Add more liquid to desired consistency.
- Add more salt to desired taste.
