Peanut Butter Oatmeal Protein
A favorite source of protein.
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup smooth/creamy peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Mix all of the ingredients together to combine.
- Roll into balls and place in the refrigerator for one hour. Store in your refrigerator.
These keep for a couple of weeks.
