Peanut Butter Oatmeal Protein

A favorite source of protein.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup smooth/creamy peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix all of the ingredients together to combine.
  2. Roll into balls and place in the refrigerator for one hour. Store in your refrigerator.

These keep for a couple of weeks.
