Marshmallow Fudge
Birkli makes this fudge the best.
Ingredients
- 3 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
- A pinch of salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cup marshmallows
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate chips in a sauce pan over low heat and stir it up with the condensed mil and salt.
- Once fully melted, remove from the heat and add the vanilla and marshmallows.
- Pour in an 8" square pan and chill for 2 hours
