Italian Chicken
Cream chicken and chream cheese over noodles. Also known as “white noodles.”
Ingredients
- 4-6 chicken breasts
- 1 bottle fat free Italian Dressing
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
- ½ tsp dried basil
- ½ tsp dried thyme
- salt and pepper, to taste
- spaghetti or angel hair pasta
Instructions
- Put chicken and dressing in crock pot and cook 6-8 hours on low.
- Remove chicken from crock pot and tear into pieces.
- Drain 1/3 of the dressing liquid from the crock pot. Return the chicken to crock pot.
- Melt soup, broth, cream cheese, and spices together. Add to the crock pot.
- Cook for 1 more hour on low and serve over noodles.
