Instant Pot Applesauce

Ingredients

• 5.5 lbs apples
• 1 C sugar
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 2 C apple juice (or water)
• Pinch salt

Instructions

1. Peel and core apples and cut them into equally sized pieces. Combine apples and all other ingredients in Instant Pot and cook on high pressure for 4 minutes. Allow a natural release. Drain water and then blend with immersion blender.
