Hummus

Ingredients
- 1 (15.5 oz) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 large clove garlic, minced (or garlic salt)
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp Tahini
- ½ tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- ½ tsp cumin
- 1/8 tsp ground red pepper
- 2 ½ Tbsp water
- 3 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Combine chicpeas, garlic, lemon juice, tahini, salt, pepper, cumin, red pepper, and water in a food processor. Process until smooth. While processor is running, add olive oil and process until just combined.
