Ingredients

  • 1 (15.5 oz) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 large clove garlic, minced (or garlic salt)
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp Tahini
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • 1/8 tsp ground red pepper
  • 2 ½ Tbsp water
  • 3 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Combine chicpeas, garlic, lemon juice, tahini, salt, pepper, cumin, red pepper, and water in a food processor. Process until smooth. While processor is running, add olive oil and process until just combined.
