Healthy Peanut Butter Balls
Healthy is debatable. Tasty is not.
Ingredients
- 1 C dry oatmeal (or wheat flakes)
- 1/2 C chocolate chips
- 1/2 C peanut butter
- 1/2 C ground flaxseed
- 1/3 C honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Mix ingredients together.
- Roll into balls.
- Refrigerate to set.
