Hawaiian Haystacks
Chicken and toppings served over rice.
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 C chicken broth
- 2 cans (10 3/4 ounces each) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk
- 6 cups Cooked rice
Suggested Toppings: cheese, peas, carrots, pineapple, olives, raisins, tomatoes, peppers, green onions, tomatoes, cashews, almonds, Chinese noodles, etc.
Instructions
- Place chicken in slow cooker. Combine broth, soup, and evaporated milk and pour over chicken.
- Cook until chicken is done.
- Shred chicken.
- Serve chicken mixture over rice and top with desired toppings.
