Ham Fried Rice
Fried rice mixed with eggs, ham, and more.
Ingredients
- 3 cups rice, cooked
- 5-6 slices bacon, optional
- ½ lb ham
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 stalks celery, diced
- 2 diced green onions
- other vegetables (peas and carrots, etc)
- 3 eggs
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
Instructions
- Make rice.
- Meanwhile, fry bacon. Crumble and set aside.
- Fry ham and garlic in bacon grease. Add celery and onions and saute for 2 minutes. Add any other desired vegetables and saute until tender. Meanwhile, in separate pan, scramble eggs and cut into bits.
- In wok, heat oil and add cooked rice. Stir fry until hot. Add soy sauce, vegetables, eggs, and meat. Salt and pepper to taste.
