Ginger Snaps
Best ginger snap cookies ever!
Ingredients
- ¾ C butter
- 1 egg
- 1 C sugar
- 1 C molasses
- 3 C flour
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp cloves
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ginger
Instructions
- Mix butter, egg, sugar, and molasses.
- Add flour, salt, cloves, baking soda, cinnamon, and ginger. Mix well.
- Form balls. Roll in sugar. Bake at 375 degrees about 10 minutes.
