Ginger Snaps

Best ginger snap cookies ever!

Ingredients

  • ¾ C butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 C sugar
  • 1 C molasses
  • 3 C flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cloves
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ginger

Instructions

  1. Mix butter, egg, sugar, and molasses.
  2. Add flour, salt, cloves, baking soda, cinnamon, and ginger. Mix well.
  3. Form balls. Roll in sugar. Bake at 375 degrees about 10 minutes.
