Fried Rice
Fried rice on the griddle
Sauce Ingredients
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 4T hot water
- 2 T honey
- 2 T sesame oil
- 3 T rice vinegar
- 1/2 T fresh ground white pepper
Ingredients
- Oil
- 8 T butter
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cups frozen peas and carrots
- 24 oz ham, diced (about 4 cups)
- 4 t salt
- 10 cup cooked rice
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup bean sprouts
Instructions
Mix Sauce. Preheat at medium-high, cook at medium
Section 1
- Spray oil and spread.
- Add half butter and melt
- Add onion, peas, and carrots, cook for 2 min
- Add the ham, cook for 1 min
Section 2
- Add half butter, spread
- Add rice to buttered area, spread
- Sprinkle salt and sauce
- Cook and toss until rice is coated
Combine both sections

Stir and flip for 1 min

Add egg, softly scramble

Cut egg

Mix everything including bean sprouts

Flatten and cook for 1 min

Move to serving dish

Sprinkle with scallion greens
