Easy Caramel Corn
Sticky sugar for your teeth.
Ingredients
- ½ cup butter
- 4 Tbsp light corn syrup
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- ½ cup popcorn, popped
Instructions
- Heat all ingredients except baking soda and popcorn in 4 cup measuring cup for 1 minute in microwave.
- Stir until blended.
- Heat for 2-2 ½ minutes more.
- Add baking soda. Stir to blend and immediately pour over popped corn. Mix to coat well.
- Pour on waxed paper or foil and separate as it cools.
