Cranberry Salsa

A great blend of flavors, served best over cream cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag (12 oz) fresh cranberries
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 medium jalapeño
  • 2 Tbsp cilantro
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 pkg (8oz) cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Blend all the ingredients, except the cream cheese, in a food processor.
  2. Place cream cheese and a little salsa (about 1 Tbsp) into the Kitchenaid and whip until creamy. Spread onto a platter.
  3. Pour the salsa over the cream cheese and serve with tortilla chips or Wheat Thins.
