Cranberry Salsa
A great blend of flavors, served best over cream cheese.
Ingredients
- 1 bag (12 oz) fresh cranberries
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 medium jalapeño
- 2 Tbsp cilantro
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 green onions
- 1 pkg (8oz) cream cheese
Instructions
- Blend all the ingredients, except the cream cheese, in a food processor.
- Place cream cheese and a little salsa (about 1 Tbsp) into the Kitchenaid and whip until creamy. Spread onto a platter.
- Pour the salsa over the cream cheese and serve with tortilla chips or Wheat Thins.
