Cranberry Orange Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients

  • Zest and juice of 1 orange
  • ½ C sugar
  • Pinch salt
  • 12 oz bag fresh cranberries

Instructions

  1. In medium saucepan het ½ C water with orange zest, juice, sugar, and salt over medium high heat, stirring until sugar dissolves (2-3 minutes).
  2. Stir in cranberries and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until cranberries burst and sauce has thickened slights, about 7 minutes.
  3. Sweeten with more sugar if desired.
