Cranberry Orange Cranberry Sauce

- Zest and juice of 1 orange
- ½ C sugar
- Pinch salt
- 12 oz bag fresh cranberries
Instructions
- In medium saucepan het ½ C water with orange zest, juice, sugar, and salt over medium high heat, stirring until sugar dissolves (2-3 minutes).
- Stir in cranberries and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until cranberries burst and sauce has thickened slights, about 7 minutes.
- Sweeten with more sugar if desired.
