Clam Chowder
Soup with clams inside.
Ingredients
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 4 cup potatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup butter (or less)
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 can clams, undrained
- 1/2 cup flour
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook veggies until tender just enough water to cover.
- Make thickening of milk and flour. Add to rest.
- Cook until thick.
- Add clams and heat through.
