Cinnamon Rolls
If Grandma Harwood makes these for you when you show up, you’re the favorite.
Ingredients
- 3 C scalded milk
- 1 cube melted margarine
- 2 eggs
- ¾ C sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 C mashed potatoes
- 3 Tbsp yeast
- about 7 ½ C flour
- butter
- cinnamon
- sugar
- raisins, if desired
Instructions
Combine milk, margarine, eggs, sugar, salt, and potatoes. Cool slightly and add yeast. Mix thoroughly. Raise.
Roll, spread with butter, and sprinkle on sugar and cinnamon. Add raisins if desired. Roll up and cut. Let raise.
Bake at 375 degrees for about 15 minutes.
