Chicken Manicotti
Great as freezer meal or freshly made.
Ingredients
- 1 pkg manicotti shells
- 2 cups shredded chicken
- 1 jar Alfredo sauce
- 1 jar Spaghetti sauce
- 2 Cups grated Mozzarella cheese, divided
Instructions
- Cook the manicotti shells al dente.
- Meanwhile, mix the shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, and 1 cup Mozzarella cheese. Spread a thin layer of spaghetti sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Fill the cooked manicotti shells with the chicken mixture. Cover the shells with remaining spaghetti sauce and sprinkle with 1 Cup Mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
To Freeze
Cover with plastic wrap then foil. Refrigerate up to 24 hours or freeze up to 2 months. To cook, remove plastic wrap and replace foil. Bake refrigerated manicotti at 350 for 40-50 minutes; frozen manicotti at 350 for 2 hours or until hot and bubbly.
