Cheese Cake
Not your traditional cheesecake, but a Waddoups clan favorite.
Ingredients
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 pkg lemon jello
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 12 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 pkg graham crackers
Instructions
- Let cream cheese get to room temperature
- Chill evaporated milk for 1 hour (in freezer)
- Crush graham crackers and line 9x13 pan
- Dissolve Jello in hot water
- Add lemon juice to jello/water mix
- Cool Jello/water mix until egg white thickness (should be cool)
- Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla
- Whip milk until fluffy (about 3 min, 30 seconds)
- Slowly add cream cheese, sugar, vanilla to fluffy milk
- Slowly add jello mixture
- Dump on crushed graham crackers
