Cheese and Garlic Biscuits

1 ¾ C flour

Pinch garlic powder

1 tsp dried parsley

5 Tbsp cold butter

1 C milk

1 C cheddar cheese, shredded

3 Tbsp butter, melted

1/8 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Toss flour, salt, baking powder, pinch garlic powder, and parsley together to mix. Cut 5 Tbsp cold butter into chunks. Add butter to dry ingredients and use pastry blender to cut butter into the mixture. Keep mixing until mixture looks like coarse crumbs.
- Make a well in the dry ingredients. Pour milk into the well. Gently stir ingredients together. Don’t overmix. Stop stirring just before everything is incorporated.
- Spoon dough onto a large cookie sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake at 450 for 10 minutes, or until golden and crispy along the tops and bottoms.
- Melt 3 Tbsp butter and add 1/8 tsp garlic powder.
