Instructions
- Dip peaches in boiling water for 20-45 seconds, then put in cold water.
- Remove skin and slice. Fill jar with peaches to the neck of jar. Add 1/3 – ½ C sugar.
- Add water to cover peaches (about to neck).
- Heat lids, wipe neck of jar with moist towel, and put lids on jar.
- Put jars of peaches in hot water bath (but not boiling). Water should be about 1 inch above jars. Boil for 20-30 minutes.
