Bread Maker Pizza Dough
Pizza dough from a robot.
Ingredients
1 lb (12” pizza)
- 3/4 C warm water
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 1/4 C flour
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp yeast
1 ½ lb (15” pizza)
- 1 1/8 C warm water
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 1/3 C flour
- 1 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp yeast
2 lb (2 12” pizzas)
- 1 1/2 C warm water
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tsp salt
- 4 1/2 C flour
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp yeast
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to bread pan in the order given. Set on “dough only” feature.
- When done, remove to board covered with cornmeal to prevent sticking if using immediately.
- Or, place in a bowl greased with olive oil, turn dough over to coat it, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to use.
