Bread Maker Pizza Dough

Pizza dough from a robot.

Ingredients

1 lb (12” pizza)

  • 3/4 C warm water
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 1/4 C flour
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp yeast

1 ½ lb (15” pizza)

  • 1 1/8 C warm water
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 1/3 C flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp yeast

2 lb (2 12” pizzas)

  • 1 1/2 C warm water
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 4 1/2 C flour
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp yeast

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to bread pan in the order given. Set on “dough only” feature.
  2. When done, remove to board covered with cornmeal to prevent sticking if using immediately.
  3. Or, place in a bowl greased with olive oil, turn dough over to coat it, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to use.
