Bone Broth

Ingredients
- 2 ½ lb assorted beef/chicken/pork bones
- 1 small onion (peeled, trimmed, and cut in half)
- 1 medium carrot (peeled, and cut into 3 pieces)
- 8 C water (plus more if needed)
- 2 Tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 4 garlic cloves (peeled and smashed)
- 1 (1 inch) piece of fresh ginger (peeled and cut into 3 coins)
- Salt
Instructions
- Place bones and vegetables in Instant Pot. Add water to cover bones and veggies. Add other ingredients.
- Cook on high pressure for 45 minutes. Naturally release for 10-15 minutes.
- Strain broth through fine mesh sieve and season with salt to taste.
