Asian Rub

Add a little Asian flavor to your meat.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp light brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Chinese five-spice powder
  • 2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to small bowl and mix using whisk or fork until well blended and there are no lumps.
