Apple Pie Jam

Ingredients
- 12 Cups diced, peeled apples
- 1 Cup water
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground nutmeg
- 2 packages powdered fruit pectin
- 3 Cups sugar
- 2 Cups packed brown sugar
Instructions
- In Dutch oven, combine the apples, water, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Cook and stir over low heat until apples are tender. Stir in pectin and bring to a full rolling boil over high heat, stirring constantly. Stir in sugar and return to a full rolling boil. Stir and boil for 1 minute.
