Ackley Family Peanut Butter Bars

Ingredients 1 1⁄2 C softened butter 1 1⁄2 C brown sugar 1 1⁄2 C white sugar 4 eggs 1 1⁄2 C peanut butter 1 1⁄2 tsp baking soda 1 tsp vanilla 3 C white flour 3 C oats Instructions Mix all ingredients except flour and oats, then add flour and oats. Spread onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool.

Healthy Peanut Butter Balls

Ingredients 1 C dry oatmeal (or wheat flakes) 1⁄2 C chocolate chips 1⁄2 C peanut butter 1⁄2 C ground flaxseed 1⁄3 C honey 1 tsp vanilla Instructions Mix ingredients together. Roll into balls. Refrigerate to set.

No Bake Cookies

Ingredients 1 ¾ C white sugar ½ C milk ½ C butter 4 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder ½ C peanut butter 3 C quick cooking oats (or wheat flakes) 1 tsp vanilla extract Instructions In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, milk, butter, and cocoa. Bring to a full-rolling boil and boil exactly 1 ½ minutes. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter, oats and vanilla. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper.

Peanut Butter Candy

Ingredients 1 C butter 2 C peanut butter 3 C powdered sugar Instructions Mix together and mold into patties or form a roll.

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

¾ C margarine 1 C sugar 1 C brown sugar ½ C peanut butter 2 eggs 2 tsp vanilla 2 ½ C flour 1 tsp baking soda ½ tsp salt 1 pkg chocolate chips Instructions Mix and drop on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.

Peanut Butter Popcorn Balls

Ingredients 1 ½ C sugar 1 ½ C Karo syrup 1 ½ C peanut butter 1 ½ tsp vanilla popcorn (2 poppers) Instructions Mix sugar and syrup. Bring to a full boil. Boil 30 seconds stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add peanut butter and vanilla. Pour over popped corn. 2 poppers.

Peanut Butter Rice Krispies

Ingredients 1 C sugar 1 C Karo syrup 1 C peanut butter 4-5 C Rice Krispies Instructions Cook sugar and Karo syrup in microwave on high for 3 min 15 sec, stirring twice during cooking. Add peanut butter and rice krispies. Put in and 8x8 buttered pan. Frost with recipe below:
