Chocolate Zucchini Cake

Ingredients ½ C margarine ½ C vegetable oil 1 ¾ C sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla ½ C milk mixed with 1 tsp lemon juice 2 ½ C flour 4 Tbsp cocoa ½ tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda ½ tsp cinnamon ½ tsp cloves 2 C diced or shredded zucchini ¼ C chocolate chips for top Instructions Mix and put in oiled 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with the chocolate chips.

Cranberry Cake with Warm Vanilla Butter Sauce

Ingredients 2 cups all-purpose flour 3 teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon salt 3 tablespoons butter, melted 1 cup granulated sugar 2 eggs, beaten 1 cup milk 2 cups fresh cranberries Sauce 1 cup butter 2 cups sugar 1 cup cream or half-and-half 2 teaspoon vanilla extract Candied Cranberries 1 cup water 1 cup sugar remaining cranberries 1-2 cups Instructions Preheat your oven to 350.

Danish Dessert

Ingredients 1 box white cake mix 1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese 1 C powdered sugar ½ C milk 1 pkg Danish dessert fruit Instructions Bake cake mix as per directions in large cookie pan. Cool. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk. Spread on cake. Set in freezer for 30 minutes. Prepare Danish dessert as per directions with fruit and spread on top. Chill and serve.

Pudding Cake

Ingredients 1 cake mix (and ingredients needed for cake) 2 small packages of instant pudding (and ingredients needed for pudding) 1 cup powdered sugar Instructions Bake cake as directed. While cake is in the oven, prepare 2 small packages of instant pudding as directed, adding 1 cup of powdered sugar. Have pudding ready when cake comes out of the oven. Poke large holes in cake and pour pudding over it.

Pumpkin Cake

Ingredients 1 pkg yellow cake mix 1 small pkg vanilla instant pudding ½ tsp cinnamon ½ tsp cloves ½ tsp ginger ¼ tsp baking soda 1 C water 1 small can pumpkin 2 eggs Instructions Mix all ingredients together and pour in a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Top with: 1 (12 oz) tub cool whip ½ C brown sugar Mix and put on cake.
