Dutch Apple Pie

Pie Crust 5 1⁄2 Cups peeled, cored, sliced cooking apples 1 Tbsp lemon juice 1⁄2 Cup granulated sugar 1⁄4 Cup brown sugar, packed 3 Tbsp flour 1⁄2 tsp ground cinnamon 1⁄4 tsp nutmeg Topping 3⁄4 Cup flour 1⁄4 Cup granulated sugar 1⁄4 Cup brown sugar, packed 1⁄3 Cup butter, room temperature Instructions Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Fit pie crust into pie plate. In a large bowl, mix sliced apples, lemon juice, both sugars, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

Raw Apple Cake

Ingredients 4 C diced apples 2 C sugar ½ C oil 2 eggs 2 tsp vanilla 2 C flour 2 tsp baking soda 2 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp salt Instructions Bake in 9x13 pan at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. Top with caramel sauce: Ingredients 1 C sugar 1 C brown sugar 1 can milk 1 C butter 1 tsp vanilla Instructions Bring to a boil to dissolve sugars.
