Weight Watchers Double Chocolate Chews

Not sure how many points this is, just don’t eat the whole thing.

Instructions

  • 1 ¾ Cup flour
  • 2/3 Cup powdered sugar
  • 1/3 Cup unsweetened cocoa
  • 2 ¼ tsp baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 Cup semisweet chocolate mini chips divided
  • 3 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 Cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 2 ½ Tbsp light colored corn syrup
  • 1 Tbsp water
  • 2 ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 large egg whites

Ingredients

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine flour, powdered sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Stir well and set aside.
Combine ¾ Cup chocolate chips and vegetable oil in a small saucepan and cook over low heat until chocolate melts; stirring constantly. Pour melted chocolate mixture into a large bowl and let cool 5 minutes.
Add brown sugar, corn syrup, water, vanilla, and egg whites to chocolate mixture. Stir well.
Stir in flour mixture and remaining ¼ Cup chocolate chips. Drop dough by level Tbsp 2 inches apart into baking sheets coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 8 minutes. Let cool on pans 2 minutes, or until firm.
