Smoked Chicken Quarters

This recipe is simple, yet can’t be beat. Best chicken ever.



  • pecan and apple (5050)


  1. Brine chicken (optional)
  2. Apply light layer of mustard and sprinkle each piece with 1 Tbsp of All Purpose Rub
  3. Try to get some rub under the skin
  4. Leave chicken on counter for 30-45 minutes
  5. Preheat smoker to 225°F to 240°F
  6. Insert thermometer probe into a chicken piece and smoke for 4 hours or chicken reaches 165°F
