Smoked Cheddar Cheese

Homemade smokey cheese.

Ingredients

  • 2 blocks of 8 oz cheddar cheese

Wood

  • apple, alder, or cherry

Instructions

  1. Prepare smoker for cold smoking.
  2. Place cheese on grate and apply light smoke for 4 hours.
  3. Remove cheese from grate and refrigerate in Ziploc bag for 2 weeks.
