Smoked Baby Backs

Best ribs, ever.

Ingredients

  • 2 racks baby back pork ribs
  • 1/4 cup yellow mustard
  • 1/4 cup Big BBQ Rub
  • 1 cup apple juice

Wood

  • apple, cherry, or hickory

Instructions

  1. Apply a light coat of the yellow mustard to both sides of ribs
  2. Sprinkle rub on both sides, making sure to coat the edges as well
  3. Leave ribs on counter for 20-30 minutes
  4. Preheat smoker to 225°F to 240°F
  5. Cook ribs for 2 hours, then spritz them with apple juice every hour
  6. Ribs should be tender after 5 hours of smoking
  7. Once ribs are removed, allow them to rest for 15-20 minutes before slicing
