Raw Apple Cake

Apple pie with crumbs on top.

Ingredients

• 4 C diced apples
• 2 C sugar
• ½ C oil
• 2 eggs
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 2 C flour
• 2 tsp baking soda
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp salt

Instructions

Bake in 9x13 pan at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. Top with caramel sauce:

• 1 C brown sugar
• 1 can milk
• 1 C butter
• 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

Bring to a boil to dissolve sugars. Spoon over cake as you serve it.
