Oven Roasted Cabbage Wedges

Wedges of cabbage from the oven.

Ingredients

  • 1 head green cabbage
  • 1/4 C olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
  3. Cut cabbage in 1 inch slices from top to bottom.
  4. Line slice in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Brush each wedge with a generous coating of olive oil.
  6. In a small bowl, combine garlic salt, onion powder, fennel seeds, and black pepper.
  7. Sprinkle seasoning over each wedge.
  8. Bake for 45 minutes on middle rack - flipping halfway through.
