Memphis BBQ Sauce 2

Ingredients

  • 2 cups ketchup
  • 1 cup water
  • 12 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 5 Tbsp sugar
  • 3 Tbsp light brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp dark brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice (about 12 lemon)
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp liquid hickory smoke (optional)
  • 12 Tbsp coarsely ground white pepper
  • 12 Tbsp onion powder
  • 12 Tbsp mustard powder

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in saucepan over medium-high heat
  2. Cover and bring to a boil
  3. Reduce heat and simmer until thickened (about 1 hour)
