Marshmallow Fudge

Birkli makes this fudge the best.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cup marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate chips in a sauce pan over low heat and stir it up with the condensed mil and salt.
  2. Once fully melted, remove from the heat and add the vanilla and marshmallows.
  3. Pour in an 8" square pan and chill for 2 hours
