Italian Chicken

Cream chicken and chream cheese over noodles. Also known as “white noodles.”

Ingredients

  • 4-6 chicken breasts
  • 1 bottle fat free Italian Dressing
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
  • ½ tsp dried basil
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • spaghetti or angel hair pasta

Instructions

  1. Put chicken and dressing in crock pot and cook 6-8 hours on low.
  2. Remove chicken from crock pot and tear into pieces.
  3. Drain 1/3 of the dressing liquid from the crock pot. Return the chicken to crock pot.
  4. Melt soup, broth, cream cheese, and spices together. Add to the crock pot.
  5. Cook for 1 more hour on low and serve over noodles.
