Hawaiian Haystacks

Chicken and toppings served over rice.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 C chicken broth
  • 2 cans (10 3/4 ounces each) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk
  • 6 cups Cooked rice

Suggested Toppings: cheese, peas, carrots, pineapple, olives, raisins, tomatoes, peppers, green onions, tomatoes, cashews, almonds, Chinese noodles, etc.

Instructions

  1. Place chicken in slow cooker. Combine broth, soup, and evaporated milk and pour over chicken.
  2. Cook until chicken is done.
  3. Shred chicken.
  4. Serve chicken mixture over rice and top with desired toppings.
