Ham Fried Rice

Fried rice mixed with eggs, ham, and more.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups rice, cooked
  • 5-6 slices bacon, optional
  • ½ lb ham
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 stalks celery, diced
  • 2 diced green onions
  • other vegetables (peas and carrots, etc)
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Make rice.
  2. Meanwhile, fry bacon. Crumble and set aside.
  3. Fry ham and garlic in bacon grease. Add celery and onions and saute for 2 minutes. Add any other desired vegetables and saute until tender. Meanwhile, in separate pan, scramble eggs and cut into bits.
  4. In wok, heat oil and add cooked rice. Stir fry until hot. Add soy sauce, vegetables, eggs, and meat. Salt and pepper to taste.
