Easy Caramel Corn

Sticky sugar for your teeth.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup butter
  • 4 Tbsp light corn syrup
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • ½ cup popcorn, popped

Instructions

  1. Heat all ingredients except baking soda and popcorn in 4 cup measuring cup for 1 minute in microwave.
  2. Stir until blended.
  3. Heat for 2-2 ½ minutes more.
  4. Add baking soda. Stir to blend and immediately pour over popped corn. Mix to coat well.
  5. Pour on waxed paper or foil and separate as it cools.
