Clam Chowder

Soup with clams inside.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 4 cup potatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup butter (or less)
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 can clams, undrained
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook veggies until tender just enough water to cover.
  2. Make thickening of milk and flour. Add to rest.
  3. Cook until thick.
  4. Add clams and heat through.
