Cheese Cake

Not your traditional cheesecake, but a Waddoups clan favorite.

Ingredients

  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 pkg lemon jello
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 12 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 pkg graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Let cream cheese get to room temperature
  2. Chill evaporated milk for 1 hour (in freezer)
  3. Crush graham crackers and line 9x13 pan
  4. Dissolve Jello in hot water
  5. Add lemon juice to jello/water mix
  6. Cool Jello/water mix until egg white thickness (should be cool)
  7. Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla
  8. Whip milk until fluffy (about 3 min, 30 seconds)
  9. Slowly add cream cheese, sugar, vanilla to fluffy milk
  10. Slowly add jello mixture
  11. Dump on crushed graham crackers
