Add a little Asian flavor to your meat.
- 2 Tbsp light brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp Chinese five-spice powder
- 2 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1⁄2 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
- 1⁄4 tsp cayenne pepper
- Add all ingredients to small bowl and mix using whisk or fork until well blended and there are no lumps.
